I have never got an order for designing a poster and never chosen this format to present my ideas; I am not into posters and I don’t choose them as a good medium to freely express on a flat and limited surface!
In the year 2004 I got an award from the 8th tehran international poster biennial for designing the new Iraqis flag poster and it became a starting point, nevertheless designing posters never was my professional expertise.
شاید اولین نقطه اوجم در جلب توجه مخاطب را مدیون جایزه ای باشم که در طراحی پوستر پرچم جدید عراق از دوسالانه هشتم پوستر تهران گرفتم، اما طراحی پوستر تخصص حرفه ای من نیست . تا به حال سفارشی برای این کار نگرفته ام و هرگز برای ارایه ایده هایم این قالب را انتخاب نکرده ام مگر اوقاتی که پوستر تنها شکل ارائه کار در مسابقاتی بوده که شرکت در آنها ذوق همراهی با جماعتی را برای من زنده می کرده. اگر گرفتن تصمیم برای شکل ارائه این آثار با من بود، پوستر را به دلیل محدودیت ابعاد ، تختی ، مسطح بودن و رکود اجرایی آن انتخاب نمی کردم
